Delivery

Unless otherwise stated (such as promotions listed on this website), all orders placed on this website are subject to the following delivery policy.

• Free delivery is available for orders over $500.
• For local (Hong Kong) orders under $500, a delivery fee of HKD 30 applies (SF EXPRESS).
• Standard delivery service is only available for orders within Hong Kong.

Delivery Service (Hong Kong and Macau)

Delivery Coverage

Standard delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Outlying Islands, and Macau. This service is not available in certain specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Island.

• We do not accept P.O. Box addresses for delivery.

• Items will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Each order can only be delivered to one address. To send items from one order to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
