Product Availability
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backorder Products
If the product you wish to purchase is temporarily out of stock, you may email us to inquire about the details of the out-of-stock item. Such products will generally be restocked as soon as new inventory arrives.
Processing Procedures
- We process and ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard delivery orders within Hong Kong typically arrive within 5 business days to the address you provide, while in-store pickup orders can be collected within 7 business days.
- We offer worldwide shipping services.
Under normal commercial circumstances, we will make every effort to process Hong Kong orders within the estimated timeframes stated above; however, we do not guarantee these timelines and shall not be held liable for any delays.
